The Energetically Aligned Business Programme is my most comprehensive business package. It is designed to help you understand your business at every level, create a clear strategy for its future and begin implementing meaningful, lasting change.
Over three months, we will examine your personal and business numerology, the practical workings of your business and the beliefs or patterns that may be influencing the way you approach it. We will explore what is supporting your progress, what is creating friction and what needs to change for the business to move forward.
This programme includes everything within Your Business Year & Quarterly Goal Setting and Your Business Energetic MOT, then takes the work much further through in-depth personal numerology, strategic business coaching, mindset coaching and ongoing implementation support.
It is not simply a collection of reports or recommendations. We will work together throughout the three months to turn the insights we uncover into practical action and create a business that feels more aligned with you, your goals and the direction in which you want to grow.

Your Business Year and Energetic MOT
The Energetically Aligned Business Programme includes everything within Your Business Year & Quarterly Goal Setting.
You will receive a personalised month-by-month numerology report covering the next 12 months. We will then use the energy of the coming three months to create focused, practical and achievable goals for the quarter ahead.
It also includes everything within Your Business Energetic MOT. We will explore your Business Soul numerology and review your technical setup, systems, software, processes, online presence and client or customer journey.
These findings will be brought together within one comprehensive Energetic Alignment Report, incorporating your Business Soul numerology, technical systems review, alignment action plan and quarterly action plan. You will also receive a PDF copy of the Business Yearly Planner.
Your Full Personal Numerology
This programme goes beyond the basic personal numerology included within Your Business Energetic MOT.
We will explore your personal numerology in full, developing a deeper understanding of your natural strengths, challenges, motivations, working style and energetic patterns.
This helps us understand how you relate to your business, how you approach decisions and leadership, and where personal beliefs or patterns may be affecting the way the business develops. It also allows us to build a strategy that works with who you are rather than expecting you to operate in a way that feels unnatural or unsustainable.
Strategic Business Coaching
Throughout the programme, you will receive personalised strategic business coaching based on the needs of your business.
We may work on your direction, positioning, services, pricing, marketing, online presence, customer journey, systems, technology or the development of a new project. We will identify where you may be losing time or money, which opportunities deserve your attention and what should be simplified, improved or removed.
The numerology provides an additional layer of insight, but our decisions will also be grounded in practical business strategy. Together, we will create a clear direction and translate it into realistic priorities and actions.
Mindset and Energetic Alignment
A business cannot be separated entirely from the person running it. Your beliefs, habits, confidence and previous experiences can all affect the decisions you make and the opportunities you allow yourself to pursue.
Mindset coaching forms part of the programme, helping you identify patterns that may be limiting your progress or keeping you attached to ways of working that no longer serve you.
Depending on your individual needs, our work may also include personalised exercises, techniques, activations, workbooks, videos and carefully selected meditation resources. These are used to support the wider strategic work and help you create change both within yourself and throughout the business.
From Insight to Implementation
The Energetically Aligned Business Programme does not end once we have identified what needs to change.
Over the three months, I will support you as you begin putting the strategy and recommendations into practice. We will review progress, work through obstacles and adjust the plan where necessary as new information or opportunities emerge.
This gives you the time and support to make considered changes rather than leaving with a report and having to work out how to implement everything by yourself.
How the Programme Works
We will work together for three months, with 24 hours of one-to-one Zoom support. This will usually be delivered through a two-hour session each week, although the schedule can be adapted where necessary to suit the work we are completing.
Our initial sessions will focus on understanding you, your business, its current position and what you want to achieve. I will gather the information needed to complete your personal and business numerology, together with the practical analysis of your systems, processes, technology and customer journey.
As the programme develops, we will work through the findings, establish the strategic direction of the business and begin implementing the changes we identify.
You will also receive unlimited WhatsApp support throughout the three months, allowing you to ask questions, discuss decisions and receive guidance between our Zoom sessions.

How is this different from purchasing the other two packages?
The programme includes everything within Your Business Year & Quarterly Goal Setting and Your Business Energetic MOT, but it does not stop with the readings, audit and plans.
It also includes your full personal numerology, strategic business coaching, mindset coaching and three months of support to help you implement the changes we identify. This makes it an ongoing business transformation programme rather than two individual packages combined.
Do I need to complete the other packages first?
No. Both packages are already included within The Energetically Aligned Business Programme, so you do not need to complete or purchase them separately.
If you have previously completed one of the packages, we can discuss your circumstances during the free consultation and determine the most appropriate way forward.
What areas of my business can we work on?
The programme is tailored to your business, so the exact focus will depend on what we uncover and what you want to achieve.
We may work on your strategy, services, pricing, positioning, marketing, online presence, customer journey, systems, software, processes, technology, launches or new projects. We will prioritise the areas most likely to support meaningful progress.
Will you implement the technical changes for me?
The programme includes strategic guidance, practical support and help with implementation, but it does not automatically include extensive website development, design work or outsourced technical delivery.
If additional hands-on work is required, we will identify this clearly and discuss whether I can complete it as an additional service or whether another specialist is needed.
How much time will I need to commit?
The programme includes 24 hours of Zoom support over three months, usually arranged as a two-hour session each week. You will also need time between sessions to work on agreed actions and begin implementing the changes we identify.
The amount of additional time required will depend on your business, your goals and the scale of the changes being made.
What does unlimited WhatsApp support include?
WhatsApp support is available throughout the three-month programme for questions, updates and guidance connected with the work we are completing together.
It is intended to support you between sessions and help you maintain momentum. It does not replace the scheduled Zoom sessions or include unrelated technical or business work being completed on your behalf.

No business adviser, coach or numerologist can guarantee a particular financial result.

What happens at the end of the three months?
